The only thing is when i finally decided to do the operation I had to wait a few days for a response. “I was given the option to watch or look away, I choose to watch and was made comfortable to do so, Dr Kittel explain what he was doing and why, it made the experience enjoyable and pleasant.”

“The only really painful part were the injections, if possible and providing it didn’t affect the procedure it would have been nice if the area could have been numbed beforehand [comment: EMLA cream can be purchased over the counter. However, the thickening of the skin through EMLA cream makes the surgery harder. We try to numb the skin first, so you cannot feel the injection along the tubes so much”

Perhaps a followup call would be good to check on the patients say 3-4 days after the procedure. [comment: We will discuss this at our next meeting. There are obviously cost / resource implications to this]
