We will retain those comments for our own research and audit purposes, but you can have any form data removed from our servers. However, form data needed for your medical records will be retained for at least 6-10 years in line with medical guidance.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
