Feedback for our Service by patient CS on 9/10/2021
The procedure was over within 10 minutes and was simple, pain free and the nurse was so nice, very talkative which helped distract from the procedure, albeit painfree.
The video was very informative and re-went over information that had already been provided to you in the emails. The nurse provided a cup of tea and some biscuits. I followed the aftercare advice to the letter and had no pain, no swelling and no bruising whatsoever. I waited till 2 weeks after the operation before providing my feedback, having now been able to re-start most of my activities. I cannot stress enough how quick and easy the whole thing was from beginning to end. I would strongly advise anyone looking to have this procedure to come here.
The whole experience from beginning to end was made very easy, with all relevant emails sent in a timely manor covering all information required to make an informed decision. The webinar which followed was light hearted yet informative with the Dr, really helping me to relax into the whole opperation knowing i had chosen the right place to do it.
